Sales Caused by expiring licenses and leasing contracts, Quelle GmbH needed a new system to coordinate sales and cooperation with external sales representatives, within half a year. Putting it to practice In cooperation with the departments, the first step was to create a concept containing the definition of the required functionalities and systems. In the following, the architecture was laid out and fine tuned according to the requirements, always in coordination with Quelle GmbH and the responsible IT-partners. One the architecture was completed, implementation began right away, using the Impetus Base Components. During implementation, the design and functionality of the application were constantly coordinated with the departments at Quelle GmbH. Four months later, new requirements resulting from the re-structuring of sales, were inserted into the development process. After another two month, the first 30 sales representatives went into the field test. Final rollout was performed eight weeks later, this time for several hundred sales representatives. The result
