Planning + Coordination

During the first phase, the project will be planned and tuned:

The lead project manager captures the complete procedure in the planning tool. The project plan will automatically be accessible to the selected subproject managers, and published online for coordination. An approvel process controls the coordination. Changes and adjustments can be applied online by each subproject manager. Once the coordination reaches its final stage, the project plan will immediately be available to everyone for review.
