Graphical process modelling

The aim of process modeling is to capture and to analyze existing business processes and to find starting points for further optimization.The tiggs - Process Designer is a comfortable tool to record and design your business processes.

How does that work? It´s really simple. No matter how complex your process really is: Without the need for programming skills, processes of any complexity can be created using drag&drop in the graphical interface of the tiggs - Process Designer. In the same manner you can add fields, rules and escalations. Fields represent the possibility to enter data. In this way, a process can be controlled, keeping response times within defined limits and assuring service levels can be achieved using escalations. 

The company's staff hierarchy is displayed in a tree structure. It is possible to apply concepts such as roles and manage the work of and employee even in two or more job positions simultaneously. Other important features are for example the import of existing structures from LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) and the possibility to use the tiggs-Process Designer as a central maintenance tool for staff\organizational structures. This organization of job positions is the basis for the management of permissions. As a result, your company‘s security is enhanced.
